God does not test us to see what we will do. God knows everything, including how we will act or react in a trial before it happens. We learn by what happens, how we respond when we are tried.

In a slippery, dangerous world God gives us a 'grip' on what's going on. He keeps us from falling, and protects us.

If the enemy, or anyone, can convince you God does not care for you, your faith is in danger.

It is not your hold on Jesus that saves you, it is Jesus, Himself, what He did, what He has done, and His hold on you, that saves you.

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes behold the things that are equal.

You have tested my heart;
You have visited me in the night;
You have tried me and have found nothing;
I have purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

11 For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.12 They will hold you up with their hands so you won't even hurt your foot on a stone.13 You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet! 14 The Lord says, "I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name.15 When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.16 I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation."
